Return Policy

At Tee Art Dealer, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return the items to us. This policy explains the terms of returns and refunds.


1. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • They must be accompanied by their original packaging, attached labels, and the invoice or purchase order.
  • The 14 day period begins from the date of receipt of your order.

Note : Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us : Email our customer service at [contact email address] with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions : You will then receive detailed instructions on how to complete the return. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping Items : Carefully pack items in their original packaging and send them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any risk of loss.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a defective or incorrect item). Tee Art Dealer will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return shipping.


4. Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • You will be refunded the value of the returned item, excluding the initial delivery costs.

Note : Any item returned damaged, incomplete or without original packaging may result in a reduced or denied refund.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to obtain a different model, size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the defect. We will offer you a refund or replacement at no extra cost.


7. Right of Withdrawal
